Staff Service: Multiple users highlighted the friendly, helpful, and accommodating nature of the staff, particularly at check-in/check-out, breakfast service, and during unexpected issues like power outages or room maintenance requests.

The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.

Hotel Needs Service/Facility Upgrades My mother was visiting from out of state and had previously stayed at this hotel. I tried to make the reservation online but received a message from Viscount saying I had to call in order to secure the reservation. Why? No explanation. I paid the entire reservation over the phone when the website said I did not have to secure any cost before the stay. In the 3 night stay - no maid service - not even an offer of towels. A hotel card is needed to access elevators - it was a luck of the draw as to which elevator would be working at any given time. The room had a living area with a tv and a sleeping area with a tv. The sleeping area tv only had 3 channels - CNN, ESPN, and an info channel. Why are the options different on televisions? No explanation. The windows shook when heavy vehicles drove by or when heavy foot traffic passed by the room. My mother was not able to get hot water from the shower - just from water entering the tub but she does not take baths. I was told I would receive an email receipt - I did not. I called the hotel to ask for one and was told they could not - I would have to contact Exedia. Well, I made the reservation through ********** an then had to pay directly through the hotel in order to get the reservation. What a mess. After all of this my mother said she would still try this hotel again in the future. I would not.
