pleasant and convenient with friendly host This room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. Convenient location near food and tourist destinations. Milan was very welcoming and helpful, and supplied us with some excellent snacks. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The place was a little hard to find after dark, as it is in an unlit neighborhood(a nice thing!) and the street signs are old and dim, so I recommend arriving during daylight. We would stay here again.

Wonderful surroundings The sunset view is the best in Tucson, I think.The patio looks over a wash full of natural beauty with no nearby lights and just natural sounds. An owl lives next door and hoots at night. The neighborhood is quiet.Our hosts were full of advice for activities and went out of their way to accommodate us.We had a great time there!

Cool place to stay We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was very clean and we had zero issues during our stay. Beautiful views of the desert and mountains outside. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Location and host. The written and photographic descriptions are accurate. We are from Canada's east coast and found Tucson's ＞100°F heat uncomfortable We were in Touson for a family illness and the host, while remaining unobstrusive, demonstrated empathy to us and was genuinely helpful. Awesome Studio and Awesome Location We simply just loved this studio apartment. The view on the patio was breathtaking. Lots of space and storage inside. Close to anything you may want to do in the area. Hoping/planning to return next year.
