Wow, the reviews didn't lie. So I really meticulously combed through the options on where we should go and stumbled on this hidden get. We took a flight from Finland to Split and from there a bus to Tucepi. It was only a short walk from the bus stop. We did ask if the hotel has requests from others for transfer, but just got a pretty generic "have fun in Split and on the bus" answer. Hotel did offer a 120€ car, but we took the bus for about 30€ all together and spent the day in Split. It does take about 1,5h with the bus, but the views are amazing so highly recommended. We got to the hotel late, but there is 24h reception so that was fine. The receptionist Silva was amazing. I could throw the stupidest, silliest (still useful) questions and she took the jokes like a champ and responded like a pro. Thank you Silva for making our stay even more memorable.Although I didn't talk to any staff that wasn't great. (I asked one night clerk "how to get to the ocean" he looked at me funny and walked me to the corner of the hotel and pointed at the beach.... What I MEANT to ask was if there was a way they prefer you exit the hotel to go to the beach, but thanks! :D The rooms are amazing! the superior room was huge (by our standards at least), super clean and had everything we needed. Towels are changed everyday (except the beach towels every 3 days) if you let the cleaners in (as in no do not disturb). view is nice and private. very minor complaints are that the TUI hotel next door has some machines right towards the hotel which do make some noice and when it was raining more than a little the rain from the balcony above is collected to a short tube that then flings the water straight on your balconys railing and splatters absolutely everywhere. We enjoy a slightly colder air when we sleep and didn't want to use electricity for nothing so first night we slept the balcony door open and the water splatted inside too. Didn't matter to me, but don't know if the floor can take it. The restaurant is the best in the town. we didn't get dinner there, but thats what I read from the internet. we did get breakfest everyday and that was really really nice. the amazing thing was that you could order items from a menu and they would make them just for you. They also have some speciality items on te buffet like jam fillers for donuts so you can fill it with stuff yourself and a pancake machine. Beach is right across a pedestrian street (might be called that) which goes from one end of tucepi to the other. there is occusional car and it turns into a bit of a parking lot further down at night fall, but still really nice. Beach itself is a pebble beach which at least my feet could stand to walk on. Might be smoother rocks further in to the town, but right next to Tamaris it was pretty bad. I used the stairs on the pier behind the TUI hotel to go swimming at the end. The hotel does have a pool, but its only open like 8:30 to 18:30. didn't really get to use it since we w

We stayed at this hotel two weeks in August 2023 in one bedroom apartment with the front view and balcony. It was gorgeous, clean, airy, bright with a beautiful view of the Adriatic see. We have been in many different high-end hotels throughout the world, Caribbean, Hawaii, US coast, Canada, Europe, but this level of hospitality, as in Tamaris, we have not seen anywhere. The restaurant ambient is welcoming, breakfast amazing, and dinners’ romantic and delicious. Servers very professional and always there, and only when you need them. Hotel's reception personnel is another level, cannot say words good enough. Special complements to Nedita and Silva. Both were so resourceful. Nedita was such a big help whatever we needed; and Silva, just pick a language and she would respond, amazing. Every time at the reception desk we felt welcomed and never rushed out. We even met the owner of the hotel that is also a (great) chef in the restaurant. He was not short of greeting the guests and engage in the conversation whenever he happened to be at the reception area. Such a pleasant stay and such and extraordinary boutique hotel. I full heartedly recommend it.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent, especially from the receptionists who were very helpful, we found the hotel cleaners really friendly as well, they always said hello when they saw us. The hotel is so close to the sea you could throw a stone into the sea from the pool area if you really tried, LOL (Don't do it, you'll hit someone). The promenade walk is right outside the hotel and is one long route all the way to the boat docking area, and most of the route is lined with restaurants and shops, the cheapest place to buy bottled water is Studenac Market, place a bottle in the freezer, and the next day it should stay cold for much longer, you will need it when the air temp is over 30 degrees. The sea temperature was probably around 20 or 22, quite nice, but the best thing about this coastline is that the water is crystal clear, it must be really clean because there were loads of fish swimming close to the pebbly beach, and you see shoals when you swim towards the rocks. There's also lots of trees growing out of the beach area which provides valuable shade, but be warned, despite this being a very long coastline, the area is packed and we often found it difficult to find a spot. If you face the sea and turn right, there is a wonderful, though tricky, walk, that leads you through a beautiful scenic coastline path, there's a nude camp along the way, if it's not your thing, be warned. Back to the hotel, the only thing that disappointed us was the food. We paid half board and the food was the same every single day. Also, drinks are not included even though we thought it would be, and as usual, they overcharge for drinks. £3.50 I think for a small drink that's not gonna satisfy you. The quality of the food was decent, and the waiters and chef were very helpful, because we don't eat meat the chef was good enough to add prawns to the spaghetti instead of chicken. The dessert however was mouthwatering and we loved it. The apartment itself was bigger than we expected and we were very pleased with the comfort of our accommodation.

Wonderful stay! They have everything to accomodate family with young children. Spotless clean, proximity to the beach, resourceful and friendly staff at the reception. Free delivery from local shop is a useful bonus, also with ok prices. We would come again.

I have to admit, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Incredibly friendly and caring staff. Very spacious apartment: living room, dining room and kitchen for preparing basic meals, although it was not necessary because the hotel has excellent food. More than a rich breakfast, where they serve eggs Benedict, poached eggs on avocado, etc. Furthermore, a very comfortable bed when sleeping. the bathroom is spacious and well lit. The terrace is excellent for sitting in the evening and enjoying a cocktail. During the day, a view of the beach and the Biokovo mountain. The beach is right next to the hotel and is not as crowded as the beaches of other hotels. We are delighted!

This place is amazing! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. The view of the water and mountains from the balcony were beautiful. We didn’t have any real windows/ views other than the balcony but that was totally fine, we spent most of our time sitting out there. We also had the pleasure of listening to the entertainment the next door hotel was putting on. We had room service a few times and ate breakfast downstairs every morning and the food was outstanding. Fresh and delicious! Have already recommended this place to our friends and family!

All the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. Beautiful apartments, with plenty of space. Stunning sea views. Right on the main walkway between the beach and various restaurants etc. Excellent fresh breakfast. Swimming pool and area might feel small for some but the sea and beach are right there. Wish we had stayed longer than three nights.
