The hotel staff is amazing! This is just one of the lovely sentences we heard during our time there: ”That is what hospitality is!” Thank you guys for making our holiday great! Marko from reception, Goran from poolbar, Breakfast chef at omelette station, Mila & Anja / Activity team, Ivan from restaurant, Jossep from kitchen and Zuzanna, housekeeping Manager - it was super nice to get to know you all! All the hotel services and food is great, view and location is excellent and we definitely will return here.

Was a really pleasent stay. The rooms were a good size and we got a big balcony. The pool was really big and a good tempature for kids. They had a little kids pool and a jacuzzi. The beach was right there just down the stairs. We had breakfast and dinner. Nothing to say but good food. So many options. Every night there was fish, chicken and some kind of meat. They had a kids club and after dinner there was kids music and dance. You get a free towel per pers. Parking for 9 euro per day just outside the hotel. 10/10 for the whole stay.

The location is fantastic as are the staff that you typically interact with during your stay, however there were some issues. After our first night I found a lot of bits on my legs, upon inspection I found bugs in the bedding and took photographs, I dug around some more and noticed that the pillow was without a case with a large stain on it, in addition when moving the mattress I came across a previous guests dental floss. On mentioning to the staff we were eventually moved to a different room. Towards the end of our stay the small one knocked a glass that smashed in the rom, we asked housekeeping to clean which they did, except when it came to leaving I lifted up the sofa bed to check for missed items and found a bunch of the glass still under there - it seems that either the housekeeping are overworked and underpaid or are simply rubbish. The hotel while being great suffers massively from hygiene and cleanliness - additionally the parking is atrocious especially considering the price they charge for it, they have a monopoly on pretty much that whole area yet you'll be lucky to find a parking space and to keep it if you use the car. We were often having to park blocking someone else in or found ourselves blocked in.

It was just a perfect holiday; the staff at reception very professional, helpfull, clean room, good food. Top location at seaside. We shall come again.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location right on the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and stores nearby offering reasonable prices. We stayed in a beautifully updated seaside suite, which was fantastic. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Breakfast drinks are complimentary, while drinks at dinner need to be paid for separately. The only downside we experienced was the customer service at the front desk. For example, when we arrived around noon, we were not allowed to use the pool, even though guests from nearby apartments had access to it. It didn’t make much sense, but we accepted it. Additionally, our room was missing a remote control. After informing the staff, it wasn’t addressed urgently and we only received it the next afternoon. It seemed that customer service wasn’t a priority here, and many guests at the pool appeared to share similar frustrations with the front desk’s unfriendly and somewhat annoyed attitude. On a positive note, our absolute favorite part was the Kids Klub! Anja and Mila were incredible, and our children absolutely loved them. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a beautiful location and excellent amenities, but don’t expect exceptional service from the front desk.

Just back from a week at the hotel and had a great time. The staff are all pleasant and helpful, and the visiting cats are a plus in our books! As per some of the other reviews, I would agree on the cleanliness points- the rooms are modern and in good condition, and while clean for arrival, it didn't seem that there was any cleaning done in the room during the duration of our stay (only a refresh of towels and bedding), would have been grateful for a quick clean of the bathroom and vacuum of the floor in the room. The pool area was starting to look a little worse for wear by the end of the trip, would have benefitted from a clean of the floor, although staff tidy up the area every night to their credit. The cocktails are the bar are not to be missed! We worked though as many as possible over the week and ALL were delicious and well presented. However, we found it strange that you're not permitted to take a drink from the bar into dinner with you, which was a shame as the drinks selection at dinner was fairly limited. We just wanted gin and tonic which was not an option unfortunately, despite there being a range of gins at the bar. Food at breakfast and dinner was good, with a nice variety over the occasions that we dined in. There really is something available to suit all preferences. We did find the service a little slow in terms of getting a drink and paying for these at dinner, although I appreciate that staff are catering for a large number of guests at any one time so slightly unavoidable. Perhaps allowing guests to bring a pre-dinner drink at the bar in with them wouldn't be such a bad idea in that respect... We usually wound up at breakfast in the later part of service (between 9-9:30am) but would often find that things were already being packed up ahead of end of service at 10am which slightly dampened the experience as it would be tricky to get cutlery, the toaster would be put away or drinks would be cleared from the table while we were getting food. Overall, a really good hotel for a relaxing break with pleasant and hard working staff, but there's room for improvement on hospitality I feel.
