Nice clean hotel Got to get up early for a sun loungers only did b&b breakfast was fine enough for all rooms always clean and tidy Hotel overall clean staff nice and pleasant Two hour transfer was a nightmare wouldn't come bk cos of transfer Hotel suites familys not couples Not much to do in tucepi and not much choice of food but overall nice 11 days holiday

Everything was perfect,starting from reception staff,girls were so welcoming and pleasant,rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is amazing with so many choices, pools are clean and suitable for all ages(4 outdoor pools) Im coming back with my family for sure

The hotel's location is excellent . The rooms are clean and tidy. The food is good with enough choice for everyone's taste . The restaurant has a beautiful garden with a great view of the sea . We would like to especially commend the exceptional kindness and warmth of Mrs. Hava Mikunić at the reception. Any hotel would be lucky to have someone like her – always smiling, approachable, and ready to help, she makes every guest feel genuinely welcome at all times. Our initial positive impression was further reinforced when our relative experienced a medical emergency around midnight and had to go to Makarska. Mrs. Hava not only provided us with the necessary information but also involved her husband Igor, who immediately came with us, stayed the entire time at the emergency room, and was equally kind, patient, and supportive. We sincerely thank Mrs. Hava, Mr. Igor, and the entire hotel team for their help, understanding, and the warmth they showed us. Such guest care is not easily forgotten.

It was our first visit to Croatia and picked Bluesun Alga as it had favourable reviews. I am not a fan of large hotels but as a first timer to the country it ticked all the facilities for us as a family. First thing I noticed was that it was very clean and well staffed. Reception bar area was spotless and pool area was very welcoming. There was always someone on duty and would soon come over to see if you would like a drink. The room was minimal but comfortable with a balcony with a pretty good view. Staff came in every day and made beds and changed towels. Slept well and was surprisingly quiet. There was a fridge in the room useful for keeping bottled drinks etc cold. The only thing we would have liked in the rooms was a kettle and drink making stuff rather then buying drinks downstairs. We did half board so had buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal in the gigantic dining area. Plenty of choices and the evening menu changed most days with different dishes aswell as the staple salads and breads. Breakfast was the same every day but still plenty of choice. We got free drinks at breakfast but unless you pay full board you don't get drinks in the evening not even water. Considering the drinks facilities from breakfast were there but covered up, it would have been nice to have had free water and coffee/tea. The staff were very efficient at keeping things topped up and cleaning as they went. Very impressed. Facilities were good. Outdoor pools and indoor pool. Our only gripe which prevented us using outdoor pool was that they were just too cold. At least one heated one would have been nice. Weather was about 23 or 24 each day but not enough to heat the water. The best part of the hotel was the location. Right on the beach front it was great and about a 10 min walk you were at some shops and cafes. Also not far from buses which was useful a couple of times. We did a trip up to biokovo skywalk which you could see from the hotel. This was organised by a lady in reception who you could book activities with. Definitely recommend that one. A tuk tuk arrived at the hotel to take us up the mountain. All in all a good first impression and had everything we needed to enjoy the week

A pleasant hotel with excellent cuisine, unlimited drinks during full board, with a nice swimming pool. The rooms and corridors of the hotel are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is very crowded and has insufficient capacity for the large number of people staying in the hotel. However, the food is amazing and very tasty. They also prepare fresh food right in front of visitors. Likewise, the pools in the hotel are beautiful but crowded. I don't understand why no one regulates people in swimming pools and there is a lack of a lifeguard, for example. Children have 3 pools at their disposal (children's and 2 x 85 cm), there is another large pool of 85-155 cm, but this one is mainly in the deep part full of children with swimming wheels, which prevent them from swimming and constantly jump from the sides into the pool and dangerous situations occur. Someone should pay attention, send children - non-swimmers to shallower water and especially forbid jumping. There were really dangerous situations. Also, the sunbeds around the pool are always full and occupied already in the morning. The hotel simply has few of them. The beach in front of the hotel is classic "Dalmatian" with pleasant natural shade. In front of the hotel is a pleasant promenade suitable for evening walks with many restaurants and bars. The parking lot is small for the number of people, as it is for several hotels, but they will guide you so that you have the opportunity to park, even if it is further from the hotel.
