The hotel complex "Caravella" is a 7-storey hotel, created according to European standards by the Swiss company "Smelt". GC "Caravella" opened its first season in April 1999. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the train and bus station of Tuapse, which makes its location very convenient. The trip from Adler airports will take 3.5 hours, from Krasnodar -2.5 hours.
The hotel has 83 rooms and occupies 6 floors. All of them are equipped with excellent upholstered furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV, international telephone connection and a mini-bar. The restaurant "Caravella" is located on the ground floor of the hotel (dishes of Kuban, European and Caucasian cuisine).
Banquets, coffee breaks, receptions and other special events can be held in the restaurant. The hall is designed for 120 seats. The restaurant is open from 07-00 to 21.00 (by reservation until 24-00). The hotel also offers: luggage storage, safe deposit box, laundry.

Приехали, нас заселили в двухместный номер, номер хороший , правда что то с кондиционером постоянно Часто нет горячей воды, после чего мыться как минимум 40 минут невозможно, тк льется рыжая вода. А когда моешься очень часто, то кипятком шпарит , то холодной водой , золотой середины конечно же нет. Одно одеяло на двоих, отказывали в просьбе принести еще одно одеяло ( просили мы его 2 дня, я очень чувствительный человек и естественно довели до слез), на ресепшене девушка стояла и ухмылялась , по хамски отвечала , пока не позвали главного и не начали ругаться В итоге чуть ли не швырнули нам это одеяло Еда вкусная , персонал в ресторане очень хороший , что конечно же не скажешь об администрации и уборщиц ( иногда приходится самой мусор менять и тд) В общем сервис не очень , сюда бы больше никогда не приехала Уборщицы и администратор вечно, чем то недовольны, зачем идти работать сюда если тебе это не нравится, будьте любезны относится к гостям хотя бы с добротой Только две девушки на ресепшене были добры к нам Если хотите комфорт - выбирайте место получше

Ребята, мы остановились в этом отеле в середине июля 2022. Объект расположен в самом центре города и имеет удобные подъезды с разных сторон и собственную парковку. Неплохие номера, добротная мебель, отличный вид из окна. Завтрак не очень обширен, но все вкусно и позволяет хорошо перекусить. Рекомендуем на 100%! Хотя, конечно, вам решать...
