I am very surprised to see a true 5 star hotel at Tam Dao. It was very new and very grand.
Staffs are so friendly and it is at the town center.
I love the bathroom with bathtub. Shower and WC are separated which make it so convenient.
The swimming pool and Spa are fantastic.

This is the best romantic hotel ever! everything was amazing the decor, the rooms, the staff, the food, the location, the parking garage, they really did a top quality job for us and we will be back!

The staff went into my room at midnight. They were going to have a little fun of their own and didn’t know we were in there. I’d just walked out of the shower and was shocked to see people standing in my room. So sad. The staff- probably with local friends were goi by to sneak in a little fun in an “empty room.” I’m sure the owners wouldn’t like their rooms being used like that. It’s terrible🥲

The facilities and sanitation were about 80% complete in terms of detail. It was quite good, but there were some flaws. For example, the TV remote was missing and wouldn't turn on. The hardware was decent, but the service was completely unmatched. There was no professional doorman, and the check-out line took 20 minutes. Furthermore, a bottle of mineral water, which normally costs 1 yuan, was charged 20 yuan, which felt like a rip-off.

The location in the heart of Tam Dao is convenient, but the day we stayed was a Saturday night. The garden in front of the hotel seemed to be the location of a village festival. There were singing and vendors running all night long, so loud that it was almost midnight.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work properly, so I couldn't drink cold water.
(It would be nice if you could fix it for other people.)
