From the check in to check out time, it was magical. Staff noticed that we both were very tired from the trip and they gave us room early. They are very kind and helpful with our trip planning.

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

We had a great experience at the Bamboo Sapa Hotel. It's a peaceful and luxurious place to stay in Sapa. The staff, especially the manager Phuk, was very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I highly recommend it and plan to return in the future. ❤️

The view is spectacular, you have a full view of the Muong Hoa valley. The rooms are very cozy and nicely designed. Came with firewood and potatoes for us to do baked potatoes and a bottle of free wine for us to have a family gathering at the fire place. The dinner was very really delicious, the chef did a good job at cooking such delightful food. The hotel is a nice place to stay, feels more like a hidden gem that has not been discovered yet. It is further away from the city, it is very relaxing and a good get away from the noise.

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

location - About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station - About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral - Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain. - Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village. (ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here) - It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake. - Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel. (Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral) facility - There is a terrace so the view is nice. - The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly. - It is very nice to have a bidet installed. - The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good. - There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****. - It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs. - Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem. service - Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered. - Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious. - The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself. Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences. In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking. (Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)

This hotel lives up to its online reputation. We arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning. The front desk staff on duty was sleeping in the lobby. When we came through the front door, he woke up, quickly put away all his pillows and blankets, and in no time was ready to welcome us. The room was beautiful. I never used this word before when giving reviews, but that's the word that I think can best describe the room: beautiful. It was well-designed and well-appointed. They didn't use much expensive materials but the room felt luxurious nonetheless. The bed was heavenly. It's the best bed we had during our trip to Vietnam. But the crown jewel of the hotel is the staff. Never have I seen people who were so eager to help. They engaged guests in conversations. They offer suggestions. When we checked out, my wife left her tote bag at the hotel and didn't realize it until we were at the bus station. We called the hotel to ask if they could send the bag to Hanoi. But beyond our expectations, the front desk staff drove to the bus station to deliver the bag himself. I'd give the hotel 7 stars. Too bad there are only 5 available.

This hotel was well located n room had a balcony with views of lake which was 2 minute walk. Beds very comfortable, shower lovely, mini fridge, great buffet breakfast, huge choice of foods. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only stayed one night unfortunately.
