Newly built hotel. Very far from other places. 2 kilometers from the city center. To stay here you need a rental motorbike so it's easy to go anywhere. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioning is satisfactory. The water pressure is also not fast. The toiletries are not complete. Needs to be improved. The service from the staff is very good and friendly.

The accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.

The hotel is nice though very basic. We love the location as it is very near places to visit like the Sapa Station and the Sapa Lake. Both are “walkable” from the hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Not so good, not so bad. Overall, given the price, we think that this is a very good value for Money.

HhbenedictWe arrived at SA PA early at 4:30 in the morning, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same rule. No problem.
The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, so it is very good.
The problem is that the old model is a water heater. The sputum can be washed for 25 minutes. If the hot water is used up by the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a bath. Otherwise, it is very cold. It is convenient to go anywhere in the hotel. From the hotel point to the hotel, you can see the lake. Then go all the way through the city, then to SA PA station. Go to FansIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and go forward is CAT CAT VILLAGE

Room was clean, spacious with a nice balcony view, and the owners were always around to give helpful tips or arrange for tours and transportation for us. The boss lady even gave me a toy from her collection for my nephew! Grateful to Botanic Sapa Hotel owners for making our trip to Sapa such a memorable one with their warmth, kindness and thoughtfulness!

If you’re traveling at a slower pace like I was, this is the perfect spot to unwind. I loved having the time to relax, read a book, and really soak it all in. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly decompress and just be. Can’t recommend it enough!

MMutya_99991Stayed here for couple of hours, just wait my time for bus sleeper going back to Hanoi. Location is good, a few minutes in the park and market. Good for budgeted traveller as well. Receptionist is nice and pretty.

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

CChristopher WilliamSo many loud guests staying at this hotel!!! I stayed for three nights and all the other guests seemed to do was shout and talk at the top of their voices. I was woke up at 5:30am one morning with the couple in the next room who thought it okay to have their door open and have a very loud conversation. This is something that the hotel needs to address by perhaps having some rules on display.

We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.
