wonderful location! its a 5min walk to sapa station and a downhill road (30 mins) to cat cat village entrance! really worth it and there’s spectacular views. the jacuzzi has an extra fee but the view and vibes are wonderful. would definitely stay again. there’s also laundry right across the road and the street is lined with various restaurants/salons.

Would definitely return! The owners are the sweetest and loveliest couple. Room was clean, spacious with a nice balcony view, and the owners were always around to give helpful tips or arrange for tours and transportation for us. The boss lady even gave me a toy from her collection for my nephew! Nice view, friendly people, basic accomodation. Good place to stay for nature.

I could have good sleep. Really comfortable. If shampoo and body soup are not like a single-use one, it become better i think.

Stayed here for couple of hours, just wait my time for bus sleeper going back to Hanoi. Location is good, a few minutes in the park and market. Good for budgeted traveller as well. Receptionist is nice and pretty. See you SaPa Next time! ;)

The accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.
