"A family of four enjoyed the twin room very comfortably. There was no moisture, it was clean, and hot water was very easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that I had to climb a little hill to use the hotel, but overall it was a satisfactory trip. PS:Man Utd came out to chase the team and was surprised by Seol Geon-neungjwi."

"View from the Hotel's Balcony is awesome, we upgraded our room to get a Balcony view room & it came with such a reasonable price. The staff is so humble, friendly & helpful. Best part of the Hotel is Mono rail station to Mount Fansipan is just adjacent to this Hotel. Gr8 Experience there, probably the Best Hotel in Sapa. Definitely Next time I will opt for the same Hotel. Only thing is, they should add some options in their breakfast menu for Vegetarians. Worth a Stay 👍"

"We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour. It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered. The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay."

"I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time."

"Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good."

"The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church."

"The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place."

"Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel."
