"It's good for all the travelers and tourists who are always going out the mountain. The the staff also are good and kind...Thank you very much for the kindness 😊"
"We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations in a fantastic manner with facilities and amenities, but above all else, the mountain side view was absolutely stunning. An excellent breakfast buffet too. My companion was very pleased with the hotel, so I will definitely stay here again.
Just an extra tip for a walk-in from the town center: there are 2 access points to the hotel building: 1) the 15th floor lobby from Muong Hoa street; 2) the lobby on the ground floor at the Violet street. Ignore the google map direction that will guide you to the violet street if you opt not to take taxis. The violet street is quite a long stair way down from the town center, which could be difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage."
"We had an awesome time at Pao’s Sapa Hotel. The service was good. The room is spacious too. My toom is also facing the Moana’s garden too. Overall a very satisfying experience. Will definitely choose pao’s for my next visit."
"Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality.
At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect.
BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us."
"We arrived at hotel at 4:00 am and was very tired, the receptionist offered us to go to the 7th floor to take the shower and told us to come back at 9:00am to have earlier check-in. The hotel not only gave us an earlier check-in but also we are surprised by the arrangement for our 24th anniversary. We sincerely appreciated for Lê Quang Linh, thế Room Division Manager for the arrangement. The hotel offered their customers with the VIP tícket to Fansipan via their email after you booked the hotel. However, I missed it. If you booked this hotel, you must buy it as it will save a lot of your time for waiting to the the trains and cable car."
"location
- About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station
- About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral
- Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain.
- Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village.
(ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here)
- It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake.
- Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel.
(Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral)
facility
- There is a terrace so the view is nice.
- The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly.
- It is very nice to have a bidet installed.
- The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good.
- There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****.
- It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs.
- Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem.
service
- Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered.
- Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious.
- The staff speaks good English and is very friendly.
Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself.
Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences.
In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking.
(Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)"
"Oh god I don’t know how many hotel rooms I stayed in but this hotel thick blanket is heaven!!!! Front desk friendly and professional~ the tea that they serve you is amazing! Breakfast was good, their laundry service is amazing and affordable. In a nice quiet area of the town. Will definitely comeback!"
"Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel."

Excellent
GGuest UserVery much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking. The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰
LLee TinWe booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies.
Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it!
It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews.
Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see.
The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs.
Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon.
Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues.
We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order.
The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.
GGuest UserOur stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very Good
Ggav.tedAmazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!
RRumingI was looking for a centrally located hotel that comes with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountainous.
The Delasol hotel checks all of the requirements for me. Check-in staff was also helpful and accorded early check-in for me at around 11:30am.
Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a conveniently located hotel with good service!
GGuest UserClean and spacious, with a common lobby and kitchen. Very accommodating owner. Although we didnt see her/him, he/she is very responsive to chats. Plus the place is safe with cctvs and locks and very high-tech. We were also allowed to check in early but we arrived at around 2pm already, so it was fine. Also, they let us leave our stuff in the common area when we checked out because sleeper bus to hanoi is at 10pm. Highly recommended place. ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤🩶🤍
GGuest UserThe place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.
GGuest UserWe arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

AAnonymous UserThis property is a family-run hotel, so guests should not expect the level of service typically found at chain hotels with dedicated departments.
Location is a major advantage — the hotel is situated in the center of Sapa, within walking distance to SunWorld Fansipan Legend, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Accommodation and Facilities: The facilities are basic and reflect the nature of a budget or mid-range guesthouse. Rooms are equipped with physical keys, and electricity is activated via a plastic key insert. Soundproofing is minimal, and room construction is modest, with noticeable gaps above doors and large interior windows that may affect privacy.
The hotel lacks an intercom system and, assistance is provided by family members. Guests need to use their personal phones to contact the owners if support is needed.
Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience.
Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations.
Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.
