"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Sapa. The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the town. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, especially the waffle which really stood out. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. We definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Sapa."
"A family of four enjoyed the twin room very comfortably. There was no moisture, it was clean, and hot water was very easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that I had to climb a little hill to use the hotel, but overall it was a satisfactory trip.
PS:Man Utd came out to chase the team and was surprised by Seol Geon-neungjwi."
"Very conveniently located at the town square. Across the road is Sunworld plaza, access for cable car to fansipan peak . Plenty of restaurant within 5min walk. However, do request for room away from main road which can be v noisy with music blasting & kids dancing around soliciting money at the town square. Overall , the hotel is v convenient & the room is big but the toilet is pretty small"

"We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay."
"Good location with exit at level 1 and 15, making it easy for tourists to reach their desired attractions. View was splendid and staff speak good English and are friendly to assist with extension of room due to change in plans. Thanks for the wonderful experience!"
"Enjoys my stay at Pao Sapa. Great room with a gorgeous valley view. Quiet surroundings and short uphill walk to the shopping streets and sapa station. Staff was helpful with luggage storage due early arrival from sleeper bus trip from hanoi."
"The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church."
"Where to start? From the moment we hopped off the shuttle bus in front of the hotel, we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. As you step into the hotel, your immediate response is to start taking photos. Everywhere you look had unique designs that were fused with the French influence and the traditional Vietnamese patterns and cultural wear. They welcomed us with a delicious rich hot chocolate as we checked in. The hotel is huge and there’s just so much to see and admire. The stunning view on the 10th floor is breathtaking on a clear day. Our twin share room was spacious, a balcony where you can stand and soak in the nature. Our beds were high and so comfy with the puffy pillows. Our room had everything thing you needed and more. Our bathroom was spacious, it had all the amenities. The smart designs and the little things in the room made a difference, such as tv side lamps where mannequins with traditional patterned lamp shades. The big necklaces to decorate the bed lamp shades. The fashion of French paintings on the wall. The color scheme was great. The breakfast is just FANTASTIC, you just don’t know where to start because everything looks and tastes great. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The staff are really helpful and booked half day tours to see local villages. Also, it’s best to get your tickets to Fansipan from this hotel because the process is much much easier. We didn’t have physical tickets but used facial recognition which made us move through the lines a lot quicker. Another reason why you should stay at this hotel is that they can help you reserve tickets and they will update you on the weather before you decide to purchase the tickets (sometimes the weather can be so unpredictable). This hotel is just AMAZING!!"
"The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place."
"Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel."

Amazing
LLasiaI had an amazing stay at Sapa Yen Hotel hands down the best birthday trip I’ve ever had! 🎉 The staff surprised me with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious birthday cake, and a fresh bouquet of flowers. Their warm hospitality made me feel so special and truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sapa and want a memorable experience. Thank you, Sapa Yen Hotel! 💐🎂
GG.simMy trip was made complete and easier with the help of Bamboo Sapa. Special shoutout to KC for rendering assistance even before my family and I got here. Was rather worried bringing my elderly parents to Sapa as they are unable to walk far. From recommending tours, drivers and restaurants, we were offered beyond expectation.
Hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk around the town. Great view at the hotel, great amenities and I love the good water pressure.
GgmwoonFriendly and helpful hotel staff to assist us when we faced some issue there.

Great
GGuest UserLocated on the hillside of Sapa ,Silk Path is an extremely prestigious resort with wonderful service .The breakfast served was tiptop covering from western to local vietnamese food and the manager even offered us some local coffee during our breakfast. The hotel provide wonderful facilities and an amazing view even walking around the hotel feels really relaxing. There's free shuttle services provided to reach the town of Sapa. The bed is provided with a comforter and the surrounding is very quiet. Overall I had a really pleasant stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort and I would recommend the stay here for anyone visiting Sapa.
GGuest UserTown view rooms are noisy with construction and street noise. Staff were great and moved us to a Mountain View room which was so much better. 10/10 for that. So good hotel but Sapa itself has over developed now; busy, noisy streets, litter all over and constant pestering by street vendors detracted from what was once a beautiful place
SSeptian AgungI had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The room had a unique and beautiful design that made it feel both stylish and cozy. One of the best parts was the view from the room—absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The facilities were excellent and very complete. I especially appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made my stay even more convenient.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They helped me rent a motorbike easily and even assisted in buying a bus ticket to Hanoi. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel very welcome.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and beautiful surroundings!
GGuest UserDeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service.
JJJJSWSThe resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying.
Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho.
The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!
AAnonymous UserThis property is a family-run hotel, so guests should not expect the level of service typically found at chain hotels with dedicated departments.
Location is a major advantage — the hotel is situated in the center of Sapa, within walking distance to SunWorld Fansipan Legend, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Accommodation and Facilities: The facilities are basic and reflect the nature of a budget or mid-range guesthouse. Rooms are equipped with physical keys, and electricity is activated via a plastic key insert. Soundproofing is minimal, and room construction is modest, with noticeable gaps above doors and large interior windows that may affect privacy.
The hotel lacks an intercom system and, assistance is provided by family members. Guests need to use their personal phones to contact the owners if support is needed.
Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience.
Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations.
Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.
SSabinaVery nice location on height ..Room is very nice we are happy with room and location according to the price we paid with city view. Breakfast is decent.
Very affordable with good helpful staff.. check in time is 2:00 pm so if your are taking night bus you might need to wait until check in time so plan accordingly.
