"It's really close to Sun Plaza and just near the centre.But when you go to the hotel, the whole way up there is slop.Get ready!!They let me put my baggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. No English -No problem.The Customer service is so good.There is a good restaurant with affordable prices just near the hotel."

"The location is at the starting point of Sapa, so it is close to the night market, general market, mart, Sapa Lake, etc. It is not far to Sapa Square, which is about a 20-minute walk away, and the cable car to Phan Si Pin Muong Lake is not far away. The hotel is generally clean, and the staff is very friendly to guests. You can make reservations for other destinations, and there are English-speaking staff. If I had to find a downside, the hotel room door sometimes malfunctioned, and it was a bit difficult to close. Also, breakfast is included in the hotel reservation, but they ask for 600,000 VND when checking out. I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional, but I was embarrassed because I had experienced it in Vietnam. Also, at 3:30 in the morning, I woke up to the sound of the automatic door beeping and the door opening and closing. Nevertheless, if you have a group or a group, I recommend this hotel. The owner is very friendly, and although it is a newly opened hotel, there are areas for improvement, but I give it points for warmly welcoming travelers."

"The shower had excellent hot water and strong pressure, but for a hotel that just opened in 2024, the facilities felt surprisingly old or dirty. The elevator had a musty smell. Soundproofing was virtually non-existent; every sound from the hallway was clearly audible. Upon checking in, I found unkempt towels just left lying around, seemingly used by a previous guest or for cleaning."

"So many loud guests staying at this hotel!!! I stayed for three nights and all the other guests seemed to do was shout and talk at the top of their voices. I was woke up at 5:30am one morning with the couple in the next room who thought it okay to have their door open and have a very loud conversation. This is something that the hotel needs to address by perhaps having some rules on display."

"I booked backpacker rooms because i can’t sleep in the room alone,when i reach there, there is no one i literally occupied the whole room. 😅 Owner is good, they provides towel, shampoo, toothbrush and water. For the price i think it’s fair. Just a little misunderstanding for the booking coz when i paid it includes breakfast, but its not. No complain on that."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since the hotel is located quite high up, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way up — which we really appreciated! The room was super beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. One of our friends lost the key to her luggage padlock, and they kindly helped to cut it open (with a saw!) until it worked — such lifesavers! 😄 They also prepared breakfast early just for us because we had to check out earlier than usual. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sapa!"

"Very good hostel, excellent room facilities. I stayed in a very large one with several beds, good bed space, a closet, and a very nice bathroom! It's located about a 5-10 minute walk from the center, but very easy to get to! I would stay again."

"The room was very clean overall. The location was also great, close to attractions. The shop also rents out motorbikes, making them very convenient for getting around. The shop owners were very welcoming and even gave us some delicious food when we left."
