It was a wonderful stay at DelaSol. We have booked a mountain view room with balcony and the view was stunning and breath taking. There was complimentary afternoon tea for us, we will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Sapa again.

clean and nice place, great view too despite the rain. balcony and room was well maintained and everything else was great. breakfast buffet was okay and had an extensive range of variety (if you’re not picky) as they changed their dishes slightly everyday. staff were attentive and friendly. location was great as well with alot of massage parlors, convenience stores and F&B outlets (Casa Italia Pizza Restaurant within 2 mins walk a must go!!)

Overall great experience
We stayed one night in the city view room and another in the valley view room. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean
Standard breakfast options are available
Restaurant has great view of the valley and mountains
The restaurant manager (we didnt ask her name) was friendly and professional and helped us with suggestions for our sightseeing

Almost perfect stay. Clean bedding, TV with netflix and youtube, magnificent mountain view from the hotel. Sub-par service. Toilet not so clean, with mouldy glass shower divider, awesome rain shower.

We only stay for one night but this is an excellent choice. The location was great,
We just walk for about 12-15 minutes going to Moana Cafe and 10-12 minutes going to
Fansipan, plaza and Church and 15-20 minutes walk going to viet trekking cafe for the train view.
The place was very clean and well maintained, staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Hotel appears small, but looks modern and well maintained in the inside. Walking in, room was spacious, and had a great Mountain View to enjoy. Toothpaste quality is worth a mention. Was better than many other hotels. Had long lasting mint taste. Water temperature was also perfect.
However, soundproof design needs updates, and the design of the flooring in relation to the lobby makes zero sense. Woke up early morning around 5 am to breakfast ambience sound above. Very obnoxious. Construction work is also heard.
Overall, room quality was great, outstanding views, convenient location to great restaurants and entertainment. Major flaw is the soundproof design — needs major improvement. Not for light sleepers.
