Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.

Good hotel service, I went during the day it was too foggy so I couldn't see the distant mountains so it wasn't very nice. Delicious food, the best breakfast of any resort I've been to. Friendly and simple staff.

It was an amazing experience, the facility is beautiful and well-kept, besides having all the utilities one could need. Still, we were most pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the people, everyone was extremely kind and available, always trying their best to help us. A special thanks in this sense must go to Beu, who our whole trip has been kind and wholesome. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We really enjoyed the stay. The bungalow at Mountain view was amazing and also the food at the restaurant was really good. All the staff have been so kind and Beu helped us planning our trip to Ta Van and Lao Chai.
