Had a lovely stay at the London Sapa Hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was good and service from all the staff was great. Hoang was especially kind, helping us book extra nights, buses and laundry, and always greeting us with a smile! Thank you!

Good hotel with great service. Location is bit away from city Centre but its worth to stay. Receptionist guys were so humble and helping. They helped and guided us throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and nice.
