Location is considered nearby the main Sapa centre where down the road on left turn after coming out of the hotel, nice steamboat and bbq, massage parlour, clubs, places to drink at night and Sapa market are located, walking distance ard 10 to 15 minutes. Its also 10 minutes away by walking near the bus station to pick up for those taking the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
View of the hotel is nice, with mountains but a little foggy during the stay. Direct sun into the room in the morning.
Hotel staff is kind enough to arrange for transportation to the interesting places in Sapa without any additional cost, payment is 100% to the driver.
Downside is hotel does not have lift, all luggage and items has to be taken up using the flight of stairs beside the hotel, and its in the open area with no roof/shade, if raining will definitely be wet. But hotel does provide umbrella and hotel staff will assist in bring up the luggage.
Hotel itself is also located up an upslope before reaching the lobby.
Hot water shower only last at most 15 minutes, afterwards water starts to turn cold, not good for a cold weather as such.

Sapa Village Hotel has absolutely stunning views of the surroundings mountains while lying on the bed in the room, you can observe the views. I stayed here for 3 nights. On the first day there was a fog over Sapa but when it cleared on the second day, I was blown away by the view. Check-in was easy and fast. There was buffet breakfast, but on the last day of my stay, the buffet was absent, so I ordered what I wanted and it was prepared. The location is perfect with places to eat close by. Sapa lake is a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. The housekeeping staff were always eager to tidy up the room daily. The manager was kind enough to assist me with booking a bus for my return to Hanoi. Sapa Village Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Sapa.

had a great stay in Sapa Village. the staff were awesome. helped us in getting tours/buses/motorbike rental at no additional mark up cost/extra charges. thanks Thào and Dung! great cust service. room was neat and fixtures are in good condition. nice hot shower and cozy bed. great unobstructed view of of the mountains from the floor-ceiling windows. wide balcony. location is in the quiet side of the lake. the breakfast spread can use some improvement but it was still good. stay here if you are heading to Sapa!

My wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.

Good address close to the city center. After a few steps to climb, helped by helpful staff, the welcome is attentive and warm. Installation is easy in spacious and ethnically oriented rooms depending on the floor chosen. The staircase layout of the levels is original with a clear view of the surrounding area without being overlooked but the neighbors pass in front of your window and this means you have to close the curtains to have privacy. Full breakfast included. Very reasonable price for Sapa. Roosters are delivered free of charge from 3:40 a.m. and noisy neighbors like at the cattle market from 5 a.m. are really no problem for anyone. Very incorrect. Outdoor lights on all night are also annoying for a perfect rest. Comfortable hotel equipped with TV with foreign channels, air conditioning, mini minibar and tea offered daily as well as coffee and 2 small bottles of water. 2 days with my guide + scooter rental for €90, unbeatable!
