I’m not sure if it was due to the travel period in winter, the pre-Tet festival season, or something else, but the hotel seemed to have fewer customers than expected. I didn’t see many travelers, and the room was only available starting at 2 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient.
On the positive side, the staff was very polite and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room itself was average but comfortable.

We visit Sapa in December when was very cold. The room temperature as perfect and after the hiking we could enjoy yhe bath tub. Higly recommend
