The hotel is nice though very basic. We love the location as it is very near places to visit like the Sapa Station and the Sapa Lake. Both are “walkable” from the hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Not so good, not so bad. Overall, given the price, we think that this is a very good value for Money.

wonderful location! its a 5min walk to sapa station and a downhill road (30 mins) to cat cat village entrance! really worth it and there’s spectacular views. the jacuzzi has an extra fee but the view and vibes are wonderful. would definitely stay again. there’s also laundry right across the road and the street is lined with various restaurants/salons.

My stay at Phuong Nam Hotel in Sapa was exquisite! The service was great, and the location was super convenient, with everything I needed close by. The room was clean, and the view was stunning. I’d love to book this hotel again!

Very clean and conviniently located close to Sun Plaza. Very attentive and responsive to queries, communicating well in English with very good local knowledge. Very good mountain valley view with spacious room and balcony. Only serve buffet breakfast but restaurants and shops are just across road from hotel.

Good find, near a lot of places. We have to do early check in since our bus arrived at 4am, they asked us to pay 50k vnd which i think is fair since it’s almost 12 hrs from our check in time.
Rooms are spacious, complete toiletries, breakfast is ok, just have to go early because some foods may no longer be available to be made near the closing time.
They have a spot where you can take photos with Sa Pa Views
