Very helpful receptionists and helped us book tickets to Fansipan mountain and also guide us to the way to Cat Cat Village. The view from the hotel will be very nice when u go around April - May. The hotel don’t have heater but their aircon has 2 option to keep us warm. It’s a budget hotel so I didn’t expect a lot. Warm room and hot shower n a comfy bed is all I need during winter season.

I chose the hotel so that the room would have a beautiful view and the choice was right. We got a deluxe room with a mountain view on the 6th floor. The view is simply magical. We were very lucky with visibility and weather.
The room has everything you need, the bed is soft, everything is comfortable. Breakfast is quite normal, there is plenty to choose from.
There are many cafes and restaurants nearby to suit different budgets. I liked the Hello Vietnam cafe because it’s delicious, inexpensive and also has a beautiful view.
The only minus of the room is poor sound insulation, but for this view this minus is forgiven 😄

Had a wonderful and quiet stay, was received very friendly and immediately very neatly shown around. Breakfast was delicious and very clean.

overall a good hotel, breakfasts, nice view. I had a room on the 2nd floor and it wasn't very comfortable because someone was constantly walking and talking under the window and I could be seen through it
