Great for families as it has big family rooms. Location is good! Above Muana are photo-zone. Except that the hotel was lucking services. No amenities available for the breakfast. The receptionist was helpful, good English

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the 180-degree mountain views from the balcony. The staff were welcoming and accommodated our early arrival by storing our luggage. Although it's a bit far from shopping areas, the peaceful walk was enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I'm thankful for the unexpected booking. Highly recommended for a serene escape!

The hotel is well located on the outskirts of Sapa. If you are in Sapa for hiking like we were, the location is perfect because you don't have to go through the whole town, but are very close to the hiking trail. The mountain view from the window is great, but the main road runs in front of the hotel. But with the window closed, this is not a problem. There is also air conditioning in the room. The bathroom was also very clean with a well-functioning shower.
