Good location & owner replies to WhatsApp fast but there is only 1 staff who speaks English. The room has different levels in flooring that is not clearly marked so I mis-stepped a couple of times. Reasonable price but meagre amenities from getting only a thin sliver of soap to all the stairs you need to climb to get to your room.

Great location, there are coffee shops, food and other essentials you need around the area for a vacation. The lake is just outside the homestay which is great. The room is ok for a cheap price, but the only issue I'm only concern with was about the bedsheets, it got small stains and even the pillows. There were no soap in the bath as well that I had to buy in a store. Other services is superb 👍👍 Overall experience, 8 out of 10

Dang Khoa Garden Inn is located right outside Sapa Lake and situated around numerous restaurants. The beds are fitted with bed warmer which made us warmer during the winter season. The walls are not sound-proof so we were awaken multiple times by people talking loudly early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for the price paid.

The hotel is simple, but has a gorgeous view. View of the lake and mountains from the balcony. We lived on the 4th floor. The bed was hard, but heated. There is an air conditioner, it works for heating. The breakfast was meager, but for this money it is a sin to complain. Overall, the impressions are good.

The welcome was not English-speaking, but it was provided by a very kind young woman. However, the room did not match the description at all, and it was impossible to sleep 3 people in it as reserved. It was a bit complicated and took a long time to find a solution.
