KK Sapa Hotel Reviews

Very nice and clean hotel. We were greeted with welcome drink and friendly staff. We were given a very big and nice family room. Kids were so happy touring the big room. Location is good not too far from central. Many eateries and massage shops around the hotel.

Great location. Great hotel. Hotel breakfast is nice. The room is huge with nice views. Will definitely recommend KKSapa to my friends if they come to Sa Pa.

View was beautiful and amazing breakfast! 5 star breakfast But they have construction next door which starts working at 8am…that was horrible. We was at 15 floor and it was crazy loud. We were a upset because then you pay that amount of money you want to have rest but you just can’t😔😔😔 it’s also not hotel problem but they have to put this info before booking. I rather book other hotel if I knew this before I also had disgusting mosquito in my room

The hotel is very nice and large. During the breakfast, you can enjoy a fresh air facing great view if you sit near the window..

My partner and I had a very comfortable place and the hotel is also conveniently located that we can pop back anytime in the middle of the day to rest up for a bit. And not forgetting to mention the awesome view from our room's balcony!!

Wonderful place to stay in Sapa. Everything is superb, respectful and friendly staffs, great communication, tasteful food. We have a lovely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Lucy has been an awesome help to us during our stay at KK sapa. She took the extra mile to help us book tickets for Fansipan. Explained in great details how to get to Sun Plaza. She took time outside her working hours to arrange the final route tickets and sent them to us next day at 8am She recommended us to Lao Cai village. Arranged tickets and pick up. She Waited for us to return to hotel to ensure we are safe and have enjoyed ourselves before she left for the day. We truly appreciate her service.

Excellent service, hospitality, help offered 24/7 in the event of a medical emergency too ; with a huge breakfast spread and amazing views

Location is a bit out of the city center but that makes it less crowded, much quieter. Our room with valley view has a fantastic view of the rice fields down below and the Fansipan Summit across the valley. Breakfast has a lot of different varieties of food.

Hotel was nice with clean amenities. The main town was a few minutes walk away. We mostly walked to get our necessity

The exterior is nice, the room is big but old and dated, need to be renovated
