The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We initially booked a deluxe double room, but as not all had baths, we politely requested a change. We upgraded to a premium room which was only £16 per night, which I highly recommend; it was spacious and had both a front and side balcony. Daily complimentary water and welcome fruit were also provided. The room itself was delightful, although the air conditioning was initially set to heating. However, the hotel promptly supplied a fan, which was greatly appreciated. The gym and indoor pool were both enjoyable; the pool was heated, though not excessively warm. The food was good, and we received a complimentary foot soak in the spa. While the sauna was chargeable, which was a minor disappointment, the hotel's location was excellent, with a convenient shortcut from level 15 leading to the town center, making it a short seven-minute walk.

Firstly before I reached KK Sapa Hotel, Ms Nancy already explain to me regarding famous location in Sapa, after I go two days tour with this hotel was really awesome and famous place in Sapa is interesting place, place to relax and cheering, all front desk staff is friendly and helpful as well. Sin Chai restaurant Ms Thieu give me a discount 15 percent of my total bills. I will came back this hotel again if I travel to Sapa again, Hotel front desk Ms Nancy upgraded my room to a room can see inside the toilet. Overall this hotel front desk staff friendly and helpful good communication in English easy for foreigners.

The hotel is very clean and is conveniently located near other establishments. It’s also easily accessible. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating with our inquiries. Thank you for the birthday cake during my stay!

hotel staff are friendly, the hotel allows access to swimming pool toilet so you can take a shower upon early arrival. that was very helpful after 7 hours bus ride.

KK Sapa Hotel is a 5 ⭐️ hotel locates at end of Sapa Town. a 10-15 minutes walk to Sapa SunPlaza train Station with lots of restaurants n souvenirs shops along .
It has a big n gorgeous golden hall with very helpful n friendly young Customer Service Staffs.
15th level is Public lounge for tired hotel customers who arrive early and cannot check it yet for resting, recharging n reading with clean beautiful restrooms n a cafe . there’s a little library 📚 there for reading .
You can take a nap n slip ur cuppa ☕️ viewing the pa romantic mountainous view!
Hotel buffet breakfast is great with a variety of food served.
i’ve booked a Double king bed with beautiful mountains view . The room also comes with balcony for you to slip ur coffee n drink ur beer 🍺 while admiring the misty mountains 🏔️ views.
there’s a big bathtub 🛀🏻 n standing showing room with toilet beside.
i’ve enjoyed a pampered lovely staycation celebrating our 2nd honeymoon together 👩❤️👨💐

Hotel is located at a really nice location with the valley view. If the weather is good(luckily for us it was), then you will get the best view of valley from the hotel. Staff was courteous and quite well in responding for all your queries and to help you as much as possible.
