On the day of check-in, the boss said that there were no 3 rooms available, so he arranged for my friend to stay in another B&B for one night. The conditions were very poor, and we checked into the booked hotel the next day. The hotel said that breakfast was included, but when we checked in, we were told that there was no breakfast. The boss also said that we did not pay him, but only paid the agent, and the agent gave him very little money. What I want to ask is that if the hotel was not on the Ctrip platform, we would not be able to book his B&B. As for how much Ctrip paid him, that was what the merchant negotiated with Ctrip, and it has nothing to do with us. We booked on Ctrip because we thought the price was reasonable. Now don't do this to the store. I think Ctrip should give us guests an explanation and not cheat. If they collect the corresponding money, they should have corresponding services. If the store doesn't have rooms, they can inform us in advance, instead of waiting until we arrive to tell us that there are no rooms, and arrange 2 rooms in other bad hotels to make do. The hotel I booked through Agoda was missing, so I rushed to this hotel at 12:00 on a rainy night. It was late at night, so the alleyways were scary, but the owner was kind and put my mind at ease. The room is as clean as shown in the photo, and the bathroom has hot water. The next morning, the scary alley scenery looked pretty the next morning. If you go the way the boss tells you, it's close to downtown, and it was nice to have a pretty vegan restaurant on the way. The price was reasonable and it was nice that the boss helped me to have a good trip. It seems like a family run place, the kids and the wife are all kind!
