We stayed at Elite Sapa Hotel for three nights, one night before our trekking tour and two after. During our stay, we experienced two different “standard double rooms” on different floors, both with the same quality in terms of space and comfort. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the rooms, which added an extra touch to our stay. The hotel's location is just perfect, just a two-minute walk from Ho Chi Minh Square while remaining very quiet at night. For those who enjoy a bit of exercise or a most picturesque way, the hotel can also be reached via a beautiful staircase in a small alley with approximately 100 steps. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. If there is something that have room for improvement, it would be in the soundproofing of the rooms, for better privacy and rest quality. Overall, Elite Sapa Hotel offers excellent value, a great location, and welcoming service, making it a very good choice for who is exploring the Sapa region

Simple but highly recommended hotel. Staff are so kind and helpful and very attentive to our needs. They go beyond expectations when it's comes to service. Rooms are big and have balconies overlooking Sapa. Some have access to the garden, thus giving us a relaxing vibes. Location is great thus navigating around the city is no problem at all. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I stayed at this joint for a trio of nights, and overall, it wasn't half bad. Perfectly planted in the heart of the action with a view that almost made up for the micro-sized bathroom and the decorative fridge (you know, because it didn't actually cool anything). The elevator did its job, the Wi-Fi was zippy, and the beds were like clouds—probably the highlight! The balcony was a tight squeeze but did the trick for my smoke breaks. Breakfast had a serving window shorter than a TikTok attention span (7-9 AM—who does that?), so no taste-testing there. Was it a good choice? Absolutely.
