Room is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk.
The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked.
Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool.
Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes)
The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

A very nice place to stay and relax while in SAPA! Very convenient when your arriving early in Sapa since they will allow you to have a shower and use the hotel amenities while waiting for your check in time. Walking distance to the sapa station going to fansipan. Also walking distance to the city centrr. The indoor heated pool was a treat to relax while the outdoor pool got a stunning view and instagram worthy! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet got a variety of tasty meals. I would definitely recommend to all.

I had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free and surprised me with a birthday cake when I came back, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture.
The view was stunning, the facilities were excellent, and breakfast was delicious. I truly loved everything about this hotel and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Nice cozy hotel. You could enjoy the pool if the weather is good. A little bit of walking(10 mins) to town center. Restaurant offers day trip around sapa at a rate.
Easy access to the cable car station to Fansipan
If you not have time to enjoy the facilities & just spending the night , there are cheaper & more convenient locations nearer the town Center.

Located on top of a hill, with close promixity to sapa town and all the touristy areas! Would recommend to stay here as the service was good! The hotel buffet breakfast was good too and they had a beautiful infinity pool at level 12.
