Although the spa was closed due to New Year festivities, all in this hotel is truly amazing. The service and food are excellent, and the staff members are friendly.
The currency exchange service is limited to US dollars and Euros. In case you need to convert other currencies, an ATM can be found nearby for your convenience.

This hotel is located on the main street of Sapa, so it is easy to get to anywhere in Sapa. The staff smiled and accepted our request. They gave us an early check-in for free when we arrived early in the morning, and we were given a welcome drink as well as a special Vietnamese coffee. I still remember the smiling face of the small female staff working at the restaurant.
The view from the mountain view room is great, but in the morning, we go up to the rooftop where the pool is to enjoy the view. Even though it was a cloudy day, the view was very beautiful.
Sapa seems to be roughly divided into three levels: upper, middle, and lower, and this hotel in the middle seems to be the most suitable for sightseeing.
Highly recommended for those who are planning to travel to Sapa.

I searched for many hotels to stay in Sapa. I decided on this one because of the mountain view, indoor pool, and good breakfast, and the reviews. The price was also a little cheaper when I made the reservation.
It's about a 5-minute walk from Hanoi Church. The city is small, so you can walk to Sapa Lake and the market. The first night's breakfast wasn't a buffet because there were only a few people staying, but they brought us the dishes on the list. I was also satisfied. They kept our luggage even before check-in. This is a very good hotel.
