It is well located but very busy and tiny street. So rooms in front are picking up the street traffic noise

We had a great stay! Location is good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great. We will definitely be back in this hotel next time .

Town view rooms are noisy with construction and street noise. Staff were great and moved us to a Mountain View room which was so much better. 10/10 for that. So good hotel but Sapa itself has over developed now; busy, noisy streets, litter all over and constant pestering by street vendors detracted from what was once a beautiful place

This hotel is valu- for-money. Location is close to the town square, with a mini convenience store and pizza restaurant across it. Its close proximity to the town square means it is walkable to go to the town square.. However, a certain level of fitness is required due to the sloping terrain. So it may not be suitable for seniors/elderly and people with disabilities affecting mobility.
