We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

the facility is quite old and the room are not totally sound proofing, u can hear the other rooms but acceptable for the price..

Very good guesthouse!!! Clean and cozy, in the very center of Sapa. Nice and smiling owner. On the ground floor there is a clothing store with good prices, which belongs to this family. Both the guesthouse and the stay in the city made a pleasant impression!!!
