Very good location and the owner is a kind person who help out with your needs. I also got to stay at an upgraded room maybe cause I’m a diamond member but definitely worth the price.
If you’re looking for Mountain View this may not be the one , but during winter it’s all foggy anyways.

The hotel is located in the city center. The room is clean, corresponds to the photos. There is no partition in the shower room, the whole floor is wet after taking a shower.

Came to Sapa for the Fansipan mountain.
Excellent place to stay.
Amenities are all good.
Drinking water, toothpaste and brush. Shampoo and shower gel all available.
During this winter weather, hot water was readily available.
Heater Aircon was good too.
Hairdryer was good.
Plentiful of power points and WiFi is good too.
Staff was extremely friendly, gave me a beer treat while they will having celebration and dinner.
Thank you very much for the hospitality.
Will definitely visit them again

the location just in the front of the sapa lake although it’s in the alley, amazing location only less than a minute for walking to the lake. friendly and helpful owner, nice building with clean room and some room has a spacious size. what i like is there’s a chimney in the lobby area that we can use every night. near to everything in Sapa because Sapa is just a small town.

Lito Hotel Central Sapa offers a basic stay with a room that looks a bit outdated, especially the shower area, despite claims of being newly renovated. The reception staff, unfortunately, wasn't very friendly. When we asked for our stored luggage, the staff member responded with 'I don't know,' which was a bit rude. The hotel has potential, but the service could definitely be improved.
