It has a clean and new rooms.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
It has free washing.
You can also cook there.
The view is really nice.
The whole property is so good.
However, there’s no elevator there so if you have many luggage its kinda hard.
And also the way to hotel needs some energy coz you gonna get work out 😅

Was located on 4th floor. We didn’t notice that there’s no elevator. And the road to the hotel also need some energy:)

It is not far from city center, just a few minutes away. But reaching there with my suitcase is bit difficult as there are many stairs and no motorcycle or car reaches the hotel. The receptionist doesn't speak English well so I didn't get much advice from her, but the service was good. The sheet was not ironed. Price was decent. Generally it was good.

Fantastic place to stay in Sapa, recommend getting the king room with bath tub on the top floor!
Very clean and luxurious feel to the room and friendly staff.

I stayed at Moc Home Sapa Center on June 25, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The view from the room window was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Sapa.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped. There's a shared kitchen available for cooking, which is a great plus for longer stays. They also provide a free washing machine—guests only need to pay 10,000 VND for detergent, which is very convenient. I also appreciated the cozy common living area where you can relax and read a book.
The only downside is that the location requires going down quite a few stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort, good facilities, and a scenic view in Sapa.

Good room with amazing view. The location also strategic. We booked a room with bathup, and it was worth it.
They don’t have elevator, so, avoid bring heavy stuff
Overall staying here was awesome and worth to try

Helpful and friendly staff I arrived early morning around 8 am the staff help us to proceed a very smooth check in and allow us to check in to the room.
