Overall ok. Bathtub not so clean. Shuttle bus timing not flexible. Mountain view from bedroom perfect. Dining area can see fansipan too. Buffet breakfast more to international instead of local food.

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa
I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient.
I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

it was pretty decent, view from hotel was nice but balcony and toilet were our main issues. Balcony was super dirty and toilet was continuously clogging. Food and service were really really good. Location was decent.
Overall stay was pretty decent. View and location is really great, slightly foggy in the morning but it clears up eventually.
Restaurant food was fantastic and service was really good. I highly recommend staying here.
Unfortunately some issues were the cleanliness and toilet drainage. The balcony was super dirty and just in general wasn't a very clean room despite it being 5 star. Toilet drainage was clogging and overflowing outside the toilet everytime we showered.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
Shuttle bus is a great service to have for free.
If regularity of bus can be narrowed down to 1.5 or 1 hour, and ends later then 8.30pm it will be perfect.
Overall, a wonderful time at the hotel.

everything is really amazing, the view is really solid, the rooms are beautiful and well-equipped, the staff even chose a room where the view was better for us. didn’t get to try out the multiple facilities due to lack of time but i trust that the quality is upheld. there’s a free shuttle to and from the town square which is very convenient as well!

I loved Pao’s. The location is superb, breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and the staff are so lovely. I had an issue with my first room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and move me to a different room. Don’t miss the Valley rooms, they really are beautiful with amazing views. I will definitely be back!
