Ho soggiornato in questo hotel, prenotato dal tour operator che mi ha organizzato il viaggio in Vietnam. Avevo espresso qualche perplessità già prima della partenza, ma non è stato possibile né sostituirlo con un altro albergo, né ottenere (anche pagando di più) un upgrade di camera. Una volta arrivati, i timori si sono rivelati fondati: camera di recente ristrutturazione ma dozzinale, colazione vergognosa, reception inadeguata: non accettate ospiti stranieri se non conoscete neanche una parola di inglese. Meno male che esiste Google Translate, altrimenti non saremmo riusciti a comunicare. Almeno Bac Ha ne è valsa la pena.
