Staying in a temple is a very special experience. You can choose Japanese-style (shared toilet) or Western-style rooms. The breakfast meals are delicious. If you drive up, be careful to turn. Parking is 300 yen. Many small details make this place special.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the ancient temple. In addition, it is a place where Ambassador Samyeong, the hero of the Japanese invasions of Korea, stayed and where the Joseon Tongsinsa passed through, so I have new feelings. Great breakfast. The beds are really comfortable (they're mattresses, not futons on tatami mats). A car is needed to explore Tsushima - there is parking (300 Yen) next to the hotel - it's a VERY narrow street up to the temple and a sharp turn into the parking (my car rental provided a warning picture). Note: since the temple stay is built on the back of the temple, and Tsushima is very mountainous, it's quite possible that your room is up a bunch of steps, so pack/plan accordingly.
