The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! The hotel itself is small 々 old, but it is very convenient with hot springs and taverns. It was Mt. Fuji view, so the view was good. The explanation was also attached to the dressing room in the room and the hot spring, but I don't see it. I want you to visit if you know the rules when passing the key to the locker, and to those who don't know it, you can give it to a small paper. And please prepare not only English but also Spanish and French. Foreigners want to check the hot spring rules. Let's enjoy the hot springs! Open-air bath, wide and comfortable! Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

We were greeted by the stunning views of the lake the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. The room was lovely as well, with a similarly beautiful view of the lake. Thankfully, we were placed on the same floor as the lobby, as the hotel did not seem to have any lifts. We opted for both dinner and breakfast to be included in the plan, and they were a delectable spread. However, I would note that the service during mealtimes seemed to be more curt, and the servers seemed to be in a hurry to serve the courses, and did not really explain to us what we were having. The food, however, was without a fault. As the hotel is set on a rather steep hill, it would be better to contact the hotel for them to pick you up from the station or to send you to the station. Do note that the shuttle service does not run between 11am and 2pm though. Overall, a good option for a traditional stay in the Kawaguchiko area.

Great check-in experience with welcome drink/snacks, staff to help move bags from carpark to room. Room hot bath always ready, and package is with kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

The accommodation environment is comfortable, clean, small and beautiful, and the room layout is practical. The location is very good. It's only a 2-minute walk from Fujisan Station (bus) and Fujikyu Line Station. It's so close. There are shopping malls, train stations, and bus stops within Fujisan Station. The property has an elevator. Supplies can be picked up at the front desk on the first floor. The hotel does not provide breakfast. There is a restaurant with a simple kitchen in the public space on the first floor, which is very convenient. There is a washer and dryer. Stay in a twin room on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are independent. You can go up to the rooftop terrace, and if the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. I can communicate in Chinese, which is very convenient. I can say that the location is good, the scenery is good, and the service is good. The only drawback is that the mirror faces the bed, and the check-out time is 10am, which is a bit too early.

The facilities are clean and the customer service is wonderful. The rooms are clean, and there is Wifi and USB port facilities for charging (Western room). The buffet-style meals are rich in variety such as local dishes and delicious. Very satisfied hotel depending on the choice of room. Strategy: Mt. Fuji, which you want from the large communal bath, is blocked by pillars, cherry trees, and it is a pity that you need to stand up from the open-air bath, and you can only see the indoor bath from a limited place while taking a bathtub. Therefore, you need to choose a room on the Mt. Fuji side to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel facilities. Hope: It would be even nice if there were Yoshida's udon noodles, seasonal local vegetables, fruits, and local products (milk, cheese, etc.). If you have already used it, the presentation will increase satisfaction as a traveler. I have tea and tea in the room, but I want coffee.

We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

Very clean villa! Very huge place can accommodate to about 8 person or a little more. They have 2 toilets, 2 showers and also a tub! 🛁 very huge place and rooms where the living room for Watch TV and kitchen is at the 2nd level! A good place to chill and relax! The kitchen equipped with the and steamboats pot, takoyaki, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutleries to washing soap and sponge! They also provide CoffeeBean for hand grind coffee and dripped coffee… Not forgetting to mention they provide bath salts from different countries and also aroma oil too! 😇 love this place and will bring my family here the next time!
