This is my second time staying here. The hotel and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. However, due to construction work, I couldn't enter the hot springs, so I used the bath in my room.If you can't use the hot springs, I wish they would have clearly stated this on the reservation site. I don't remember the exact date, but it looks like you won't be able to go to the hot springs until sometime in March, so I hope this will be helpful for those who are planning to go. This time, I decided not to have a meal, but when I suddenly requested a meal on the day of the stay, they happily made the change.As a hotel, I am satisfied every time, so I would like to come back again.

After arriving, I went to the ”Toy Kingdom” next to it. There are very few people, and you can get on the bus without waiting 3 to 5 minutes. The tension of the children is MAX. Check in from 15:00, sweat in the bathtub, and then spend relaxing time in the room. Fortunately, the breakfast the next morning also has rich side dishes. I still want to go again.

I stayed with three families! The location is great and the room is pretty clean! Although it is in the mountains, there are about 2 convenience stores about 5 minutes by car, so it is safe even in the event of a chance! It was fun! Thank you!

Unfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.

A friend comes here to stay here for a few days every winter. The winter outdoor hot spring and snow scenery he sent me attracted me, and this year I finally got to stay for two nights. The overall value for money is good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is clean and tidy, and the hot spring pool is also tidy. The breakfast and dinner buffet dishes are quite rich. We have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel.

山側の眺望のお部屋でしたが、開放感があり空も広くて良かったです。お部屋も広々していてソファもあり、キャリーを十分に広げられる広さです。何より、ユニットバスに入る段差が無し！これは珍しいと思いますし本当にありがたいです。個室のシャワーの水圧もいいし切り替えもできてとても良かったです。山の上のため行くまでの道が険しく、猿もいたので日が完全になくなるまでに急いで向かったため、町で夕飯を買うことができず、カップラーメンで過ごしました。21時までの売店にもう少し夜食のレパートリーがあれば嬉しかったです。
