I was first allocated a room with heavy smoke even though I am a non-smoker. We booked for 2 adults, but was given a single room with just one pillow. The room is clean, although a bit old. Great view of Tsukuba when we looked out of the window. I am thankful for the view.

The environment and hotel location are good. It's close to the station and the convenience store is right next to the hotel. It's very convenient.
