駐車場料金について記載されてなかった⁈のか、1000円かかりました。
予約確認の電話の際にも何も言われていなかったので、ちょっと残念でした。

こちらが閉鎖されている間は、ビジネスで泊まれる良いホテルが少なく困っていたのですが、再開したとのことで早速利用させていただきました。以前と異なり、部屋全体が、お漬物のようなにおいがしていました。入ったときににリセッシュ（？）の匂いがしたので、清掃時にも気になって対処してくださったのかもしれませんが、全然消えておりませんでした。遅くのチェックインだったことと、リネンや水回りは清潔だったため、お部屋の交換はしませんでしたが、以前の利用時にはもっと清潔感があって快適に過ごせたので、とても残念です。

夫の用事でつくばへ。日航グループのホテルでより安価だったのがJALシティだったので特にこだわりもなかったのでそちらを選びました。ベッドがセミダブルだったので、夫と2人で寝ても特に狭さは感じず、ぐっすり眠れました。1回のロビーでコーヒーのスティックや紅茶のパック、アメニティ類など必要なものを選べるのは良かったです。部屋の備品も含め不足はなく、快適でしたが、バスルームのトイレの便座が暖かければなお良かったです。

急に決まった予定でしたが、すぐに予約できました。とても助かりました。今回はお部屋の清掃が今ひとつでした。ベッドの下に使った後のティッシュが落ちていて、残念でした。また、お部屋の冷房に切り替わった後で、お部屋が寒かったです。暖房を貸し出して欲しかったです。以前泊まった時、朝食がとても美味しかったので、今回は食べていませんが、また宿泊したいです。

2024年3月末の週末は25℃の夏日でした。部屋の空調は、暖房しか作動しない。諦めて空調を消したものの、なかなか涼しくならない。夜中になっても部屋が暑くて眠れず、フロントに電話したところ、「今は冷房は使えない設定になっているので、窓を開けてください」と言われました。窓に網戸がないから虫が入ってくるし、花粉の時期に窓を開け放って寝たくありません。異常気象で、突然暑くなったり寒くなったりするこの時代に、時期によって冷房しか使えない、あるいは暖房しか使えないって、あり得ません。

JAXAに行くために、利用しました。 予約時にはツインが取れませんでしたが、到着時にお聞きしましたところ、変更していただけました。 お部屋は明るく、照明も部屋の大きさの割に多くて、良かったです。 （ほのぐらいのがあまり好きではないので） お風呂もお湯がたっぷり出るので、お湯を貯めるのに時間がさほどかからず、よかったです。 駅からは少し歩きますが、寝に帰るだけの利用ならば、問題はありません。 また、つくばへ行くことがあれば、利用したいと思うホテルでした。 （サービスの粉コーヒーはイマイチでした→ドリップタイプが良かったなぁ）
