I scheduled my trip on 15th of September 2023. Unfortunately the region was completely destroyed by storm Daniel. I called in order to ask for a voucher with 1 year duration. They refused and they told me that the hotel was working fine!!! I cancelled my trip, because the region was blocked by authorities due to diseases and destroyed infrastructure and asked my money back, based on "Booking's" cancellation policy due to emergency, which overwrites any other hotel’s policy. The owners of the hotel behaved completely unprofessionally, they refused to return the money and the lied from the beginning of the communication. The case has been forwarded to relevant Public Authorities. It’s a disgrace for Greek tourism and hospitality.

Όμορφος ξενώνας και το κυριότερο γεμάτος χαρακτήρα και την παραδοσιακή γοητεία του Πηλίου. Τα δωμάτια όμορφα και value for money. Σε αυτό που μέναμε εμείς, δίκλινο με μπαλκόνι, η θέα ήταν μαγική και προς την θάλασσα. Ακόμα και με τον βροχερό καιρό που συναντήσαμε, κατά περιόδους, στην διάρκεια της παραμονή μας, τα συναισθήματα που σου δημιουργούνται όταν αγναντεύεις το απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας, και απολαμβάνεις το καφεδάκι σου, στο υπέροχο και άνετο μπαλκόνι, είναι αυτά της ηρεμίας, της γαλήνης και της απόλυτης χαλάρωσης.Το δωμάτιο πολυ ζεστό, κάτι που ταιριάζει απόλυτα με τον ατίθασο και ευμετάβλητο καιρό του Πηλίου, προσφάτως ανακαινισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Το καφεδάκι σου μπορείς να το απολαύσεις και στον κήπο του συγκροτήματος. Η κα. Ματούλα, ιδιοκτήτρια του ξενώνα, διακριτική αλλά και συνάμα πρόσχαρη και φιλόξενη. Μαζί με τον υπέροχο Λάκη, το γλυκύτατο σκυλάκι attraction του ξενώνα, έκαναν την διαμονή μας ιδιαιτέρως άνετη και ευχάριστη. Ομολογουμένως, πριν από την άφιξη μας, είχαμε κάποιους ενδοιασμούς, για τον δρόμο που θα συναντουσαμε προς τον ξενοδοχείο, αφου είχαμε διαβάσει κάποια σχετικά σχόλια. Τουναντίον, ο δρόμος είναι μεν σε κάποια σημεία με λακούβες, αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δυσβατος. Με σχετική προσοχη φτάνεις άνετα και με ασφάλεια στον ξενώνα. Τέτοιους δρόμους συναντάει κανεις, κατά κόρον, ακόμα και σε κεντρικά σημεία της Αθήνας. Σας ευχαριστούμε κα. Ματούλα, για την υπέροχη διαμονή και εμπειρία. Εις το επανιδείν, αυτή την φορά καλοκαιράκι, για να απολαυσουμε και τον υπέροχο κήπο, που με τόσο μεράκι και επιμέλεια, φροντίζετε
