My room had black bugs crawling everywhere and when I fell asleep one of the bugs crawled into my ear it was the worst experience I have ever had. Didn't know why I woke up with pain and a fluttering feeling in my ear well I had one of those bugs in my ear, So I went to notify the front desk and he admitted to having a black bugs problem and told me I'll switch u rooms but if u just admitted to having a problem the other room is going to be the same so upon going back to the room and cleaning and looking for bugs in the bed we found 2 more and there was several in the love seat my 3 day weekend trip turned into 1 1/2 day trip and today is the 3rd day and I still haven't heard of im even going to get a refund for my trip never again don't recommend staying there for no one especially kids don't know if these bugs can crawl in kids or babys ears

Our stay was 8/13. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice. However, the next morning, came down to the first floor and noticed a very large bug on the floor. Breakfast was terrible- eggs that had no taste, apple juice was apple flavored water and the coffee was more water than coffee. This was the first time a Comfort Inn did not exceed my expectations. Very disappointed.

The pool was not in working condition so this was a major disappointment. I feel as though I should have been compensated as this was a main reason for booking

Overall - a reasonable value.
Breakfast was Ok. A few items not available -- sour cream, orange juice, ...

This property is very dated. Carpets in the hallway are visibly stained and dirty. There was no hot water in the morning. We had trouble getting onto the Internet and the front desk wasn’t any help. The coffee in the morning was really just brown water. The door handle on our room opened swinging up rather than swinging down and that was very weird. The key card reader on one of the outside entrances only worked half the time and the keys themselves were a little bit iffy. We didn’t use the indoor pool because it’s extreme proximity to the front desk and it felt very public.
Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2 night stay and we were in and out during the day, and there was opportunity for them to clean the room, but they chose not to. It was really the worst Comfort Inn and Suites that I’ve ever stayed in. They really do have a higher bar. We were very disappointed

4th of July weekend at the lake provides high traffic, therefore, planning, executing and providing an excellent customer service should be a top priority for a hotel manager/owner. There are limited choices in this small town and I will consider a different hotel if visiting lake again. No daily housekeeping, lack of cleanliness in the room, breakfast coffee was tasteless/no coffee flavor, stinky trash was pilled up by one of the entrances. Either the hotel was short staffed or needs better management. A staff member was very attentive and responsive to request, however, this really can’t make up for the overall experience at the hotel.

Check in was ok entrance on the side where we parked for room access there was full trash cans and overflow on the floor and the smell was horrible had to hold your breath to walk through there and the room above is sounds like a foot race going on
