It is very good hotel. nice clean hotel. if there is a chance I will stay in it again. everything is nearby and at an affordable price. met very nice people. service at a high level. the room is clean and pleasant.I met very nice people. (останавливаемся второй раз, с небольшим псом) Тихое место, удобное местоположение, собственная парковка; администратор предложила подъехать автомобилем под вход в отель для выгрузки и погрузки багажа. Завтраки: большой ассортимент (есть из чего выбрать на любой вкус и аппетит), администратор следит за своевременным восполнением. Номера - чистые, мебель - приличная (НЕ "совок"). "Рум-сервис" интересуется, нужна ЛИ смена белья, халатов, полотенец и восполнение расходников; чего из расходников не было/заканчивалось - "рум-сервис" оперативно доносил. Перегоревшую лампочку - оперативно заменили. Лифт - один, которым пользуется и персонал (периодически - вместе с гостями). Бассейн - крохотный, 1,5 - 1,6 метра глубиной БЕЗ отмели. Рестораном - старались не пользоваться.

Очень добротный отель! Была там в прошлом году с мужем и детьми, и нам все понравилось: офигенный спа-комплекс и бассейн, а еще есть кому нянчить и детей, и собаку, пока родители отдыхают! Отель сделал все возможное, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома! Однозначно 5 звезд.

Очень понравилось как встретили, привезли в отель. Оформили быстро, очень приятная администратор Дарья. Кормили очень вкусным ужином, завтраком и обедом. Понравилась атмосфера в номере. Весь персонал относился очень доброжелательно и казалось что ты в гостях у очень хороших друзей.

Чистый, уютный отель с spa зоной и огромный конференц-залом, даже не думала, что мне так понравится. Персонал приветливый, его много и если какой-то вопрос возникает, сразу решают. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Убирают постоянно, все чистое, новое, свежий ремонт. В ресторане очень вкусно, даже не ходили ужинать в город, цены приятные, порции огромные. Отдельный бонус это бассейн и сауны, которые включены в стоимость номера, такой релакс, тоже все чистое, новое, постоянно прибирают. Очень понравился массаж, обёртывание, ванны, делали все процедуры и остались в восторге. Однозначно приеду ещё не раз в этот отель! Благодарю весь персонал и руководителей за такой сервис

Главная фишка отеля-наглые уборщицы. Я такого нигде не встречал😁, как турист со стажем. Шумоизоляции нет вообще, живешь как на вокзале.Уборщицам по барабану на ваш комфорт, они начинают греметь и орать часов с 6 утра.В спа нельзя расплескивать воду, а то получите от уборщицы нагоняй. Интернет такой, что люди как бомжи сидят в коридоре на полу, желая получить хоть какое то соединение. Завтраки однообразные, стаканы воняют грязными тряпками. Короче, остановиться можно на пару дней, но на долго ни в коем случае.

Отдыхаем семьей в этом отеле. Все очень нравится. Красивые европейские номера, чисто. Детская комната отличная. Завтраки очень-очень вкусные и каждый день новые. Spa замечательное. На фото кажется, чтл маленький бассейн, на самом деле достаточно, чтобы расслабиться и сходить погреться в сауну. Будем рекомендовать этот отель. Ещё классно, что он находится в центре. Все близко, все рядом. Мы очень довольны. Приедем ещё.
