I booked an apartment 2 months in advance by whatsapp, all details shared, including credit card, and I got the booking confirmed. A week before the booked date, I just sent a message to double check the booking and I was informed then that due to a "system issue" they didn't keep the booking and they didn't offer any alternative, any compensation, any concern at all for their mistake. Be really careful with your bookings there, I will never go there again.

Está muy bien situado. El apartamento que ocupamos, estaba como publicitaban en la web. Muy limpio, la cama y almohadas muy limpias y cómodas, incluso la del sofá!!!. La piscina es ideal, para calmar las temperaturas de Trujillo. Tiene mucho encanto y gusto en el alojamiento. Es muy tranquilo y agradable. Muy recomendable.

PÉSIMO!! Un apartamento con un olor a moho insufrible.!! 3 días con dolor de cabeza de respirar toda la noche ese tufo. Reclamé nada más instalarnos y me dijeron que habían puesto ambientadores (luego eso es reconocer que sabían que el apartamento, situado en la planta baja), tenía olor a moho en todo el apartamento). La sugerencia fue que abriéramos las ventanas....lloviendo como llovía y con un frío... !! No nos cambiaron a otro apartamento porque decían que lo tenían todo ocupado... y eso que yo pagué una fortuna, y con 2 neses de antelación!! Mi consejo: NO VAYAN A SANDRA PLAZA, ELLOS MIRAN PARA OTRO LADO Y... TE AGUANTAS.

Aparte de las instalaciones, que son fantásticas, todo de alta calidad, cuidado y limpio, resaltar los múltiples detalles que nos encontramos, desde el calendario, hasta zumos, leche, café y magdalenas para el desayuno. Edredones, mantas y almohadas adicionales...de todo, y todo de calidad. Agradeced y recomendar totalmente los apartamentos

Un buen hostal a 50 metros de la plaza mayor. Habitaciones amplias y comodas. Se agradece que tenga nevera y microondas en la salita de estar. Tiene una pequeña piscina en un patio interior que es muy util para refrescarse en los meses de verano. Personal muy agradable. Seria completo si tuviera desayuno incluido.

Una gran sorpresa, mejor de lo que esperábamos en atención, localización, al lado de la plaza mayor, limpieza, todo completamente nuevo, bien conservado , con mucho gusto la decoracion y respetando el entorno donde se encuentra. Durante la estancia surgió un ligero problema con la apertura de la puerta de acceso al edificio y a pesar de la hora, más de las 12 de la noche, nos atendieron bien , rápido y haciendo todo lo posible a través del teléfono hasta que se presentó un operario que lo solucionó
