特魯希略小鎮不大，很安靜，酒店離中心廣場不遠，有自己的地下停車場，衹是收費比較貴（15歐/晚）。酒店由修道院改建，很有歐洲特色。早餐簡單。

We really liked this hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. Nice size pool with plenty of sun lounges. Location was good, it was an easy walk to Plaza Mayor with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as accessing the towns main attractions. We had a car and managed to find street parking just opposite, they do have a loading zone at the front if you want to drop off your bags and then drive and find parking (if nothing in the street near the hotel, try the streets near Leclerc Supermarket)

El pasado martes 28 de Enero, éramos aproximadamente 48 personas, compañeros de profesión y amigos. La comida en el patio del hotel fue lo que nos fastidió el dia en la visita a Trujillo. Comida de muy mala calidad. Escasa, mal presentada con cubiertos de plástico y algunos camareros que parecían sordos. Además de carísimo pára las raciones servidas. No aconsejó comer en este restaurante. El peor de todos en los que he comido en Trujillo.

Estancia de 5 noches por mediación de Turismo Social (Imserso). Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas si bien no parece un hotel de cuatro estrellas, principalmente por la falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. Capitulo a parte el tema de la limpieza que no es efectiva, falta mucho aspirador. Sin embargo para mí lo más grave es un camarero que tienen que no conoce la educación ni el respeto a los clientes y a las personas de más edad que él, ya que nos llamó la atención por llegar 10 minutos tarde a la cena, reprendiéndonos como si fuéramos unos niños pequeños: “que nos tendría que volver a calentar la sopa” nos dijo todo ofendido (eran las 21,10 horas, el cartel que puso la guía al llegar indicaba que la cena se servía a las 21 horas.). Quisimos poner una queja ante la dirección del hotel, pero se lavaron las manos, indicándonos que nos quejáramos a nuestra guía y que ella les trasladaría la reclamación. Muy mal. Ya sabemos que no somos su turismo ideal pero quizá no se han parado a pensar que somos la ayuda para no tener que cerrar los meses flojos de invierno. Muy descontenta por el trato recibido.

Por ahora llegada un grupo d 53 personas día 12/1 termino d cenar y no quiero postre y me voy a recepción para q me den la hbt, el Sr d recepción se niega a dármela pq dice q hasta q no hayamos terminado d cenar todos (53) tiene q pasar lista como en un cuartel y luego se nos entregan.PESIMA ORGANIZACIÓN, el claustro donde nos servirán almuerzo y cena desangelado y con mucho frío
