One of the best hotels in St George's, in a modest setting, this all-inclusive resort is perfect for drinkers and friends to party for a few days.

The staff and beaches were amazing. The higher end restaurants were all excellent. The buffet was fine, a bit confusing could almost use some paring down. Not sure how else to describe that.
What was lacking for me was snacks. No where to grab a snack that wasn’t a cupcake or cookie during day. Neither the store or coffee shop has anything healthy/ grab and go.

Stay was supposed to be from February 6-10 (4 nights). Had to wait for room to be ready. When it was finally ready, I arrived in the room and the floor was still wet and the room had an overall “wet/mildew-y” smell. I let that go. I opened up the patio to my “luxury room ocean front” - nice view, on my way in to close the door, I noticed mold on the drapes. Was disappointed but even let this second red flag go. Got in the shower after a long day of travel and there were two moths stationary in there. Tried to kill both. It was a mess. Now, I’m pissed. My plan was to take a quick nap before going out that night. Pull back the cover, inspect the bed. When it got to pillows and side of headboard, I noticed one bug crawling. Pulled the other pillow back, there were more. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing at this “luxury resort”. Thankfully, I hadn’t yet unpacked my stuff. Called the front desk asking the bell person to come and get my bag since there is no way I was staying in this filthy $500 per night room! They sent up two gentlemen to inspect the room and the bed. They saw what I saw. Crawling bugs. They left, the bellman came up and get my bags and took me back to the lobby. The front desk was aloof. They told me that they are at max capacity, have no other rooms but what they will do is “fumigate the room” and while they do that, how about I go “have dinner and relax”. I’m sorry what?! I checked out less than 2 hours after I checked in. Horrible, horrible experience!!!

The Royalton Grenada is a beautiful resort, however the staff is not well trained. Restaurant and bar staff are not the most friendly and helpful and if it does not fall within their job they are unwilling to help. Restaurants and bars also do not open timely and it’s almost 45 minutes to and hour delay in opening. They also see you waiting about but will not acknowledge you. Not a wide variety of food, merely the same menu everyday. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on Tuesday, we were not even able to get a space to have dinner at one of their restaurants, had to resort to room service. One major issue was housekeeping, we called six times for our room to be cleaned and get new towels, up until our check out our room was never cleaned and no one cared to advise us why. Overall very disappointed and most likely will not visit this resort again unless improvements are made with their service.

They had a variety of activities, place was very clean, beach was beautiful and the a la carte restaurants were very good. Especially the Indian restaurant and Italian restaurant!!!

The island Grenada speaks for itself in terms of its beauty and the people. Everyone is so nice it’s seems unreal compared to people in NY! Once we arrived, we had to wait for our room being that check in is at 3:00. Some resorts will have rooms ready but we waited until 4pm for a room. We paid for ocean view but it was more of a garden view with the ocean further back so my fiancé and I asked for a switch. We ended up upgrading to the diamond club swim up room which we do not have any regrets! Diamon club really makes you feel VIP. Our butler Brad was super nice, professional and helpful in making reservations. He would find us by the pool or dining areas and check in on us. He helped us with taxi’s to and from places off the resort. Adrian, the chef in the buffet was amazing! He was so sweet and full of life. We had a great encounter with all staff. My fiancé and I loved Nibbles! Delicious, you can taste the richness and freshness in the food. Everyone raved about the Indian restaurant, but we were not fans at all. The entertainment was great. We saw a fire juggling show, couples game, a headphones silent party, a violinist and a saxophone player. I must say all were very entertaining and talented. The only con was some food options in buffet not a wide variety and the overall resort is mostly for older people (50 ). We still had an amazing time and met great people!

The buffet definitely needs some more options, more local dishes, or seafood options.
The service was also poor, we would wait 20-30 min for a waiter or for the bartender.
