仕事の都合でリノ空港からレンタカーでチェックイン。マリオット系と言う事もありスタッフさんの対応も丁寧です。設備も清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。充実した朝食も付いていたので1日がスムーズにスタート出来て良かったです！また来たいホテルです！

房間挺好的，很寬敞，衞生間也大且乾淨。挺滿意的。到的時候中午12點，問了下可以辦理入住，我們就提前入住了。第二天11點退房，我女兒還沒打打扮好，我們先下來交了房卡，告訴前台女兒還在房間，前台説沒問題，可以的。美國人都挺友好。我看還有牽狗的，跟前台聊了下，説在美國都能帶寵物入住，並且任何房間都行，沒有指定的寵物房間。真好。

We liked the hotel very much but were wondering how come you charge for parking when there is more than enough and parking spaces were not being used.
After all we stayed in your facility.
We don't plan to stay there next time as other places don't charge for parking.

I was disappointed with my stay here. I stayed in Marriott Suites before but this one was sub-standard. The aisle had a bad smell on second floor. The room AC unit attached to window was very loud. I had to pay for parking which was not listed in the ******* listing.
The girl at the reception has an attitude; won't be very helpful with my questions. The other staff I encountered around the hotel were friendly.
Overall I'd expect much better from a Marriott hotel.

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites for a quick 3 day getaway to visit friends and enjoy summer in North Tahoe and Truckee. The hotel is in an easy to access location, just a few minute drive away from historic downtown Truckee and right off highway 80. We enjoyed the hotel gym, the hot tub and pool, and the clean and well maintained facilities. The hotel seems pretty new. Free breakfast was included which was a great perk and was a well stocked breakfast buffet including a make your own waffle machine, eggs, bacon, yogurts, oatmeal, cereal selection, breads and muffins. Parking was easy. Room was spacious and had a built in organizer for putting away clothes in the closet. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, missing bag
Great hotel. Unfortunately, had a refresh which resulted in only new towels and a missing bag wuth a brand new shirt from Cabona's. Staff did try to help us find it znd even went through garbage. Based on its weight and the tissue paper and receipt showing that it was thrown out.

I booked a double queen months prior. Upon arrival they told me they didn’t have any double queens available because lots of people took them earlier in the day. Even though I booked the reservation months prior. So we had to take a king room and one slept on the couch. Buyer beware you may not get what you reserved months prior and paid for.
