Beautiful and fantastic hotel with a great location. Personnel extremely helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate Personally experienced a heath issue in the middle of the night in which the hotel staff acted swiftly, professionally and beyond expectation and we are very grateful for their service.

We stayed here for a night as a stopover on our trip to the South.Centrally located,clean,lovely decor and the added bonus is the pool so peaceful and serene.Great communication from Maria re restaurant recommendations and local knowledge.We will return for sure.

We had a lovely stay for 1 night . The staff were lovely and the hotel is very pretty . The breakfast was a really good French breakfast . Wish we had longer to stay but we were on our way to Chamonix for a friends birthday . Would definitely come back and stay here again .

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, lovely food and really comfortable bed and parking! We moved from an awful hotel to this amazing one and felt like we had found the best hotel in town. Special mention to Julie Boisseau, thank you for your hospitality!

We had an overall excellent stay. A lovely room, quiet, warm, clean. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a pleasure, including making our little canine friend super welcome. We loved the breakfast each morning, the local cheese is a must! Unfortunately, the dinner restaurant has no chef. It is simply reheated pre-prepared food, and at an astronomical price. Too late once we realized. Perhaps the owners can be more clear on this. Better to go elsewhere in Troyes for dinner. We were surprised that Amex was refused.

Second time I have been here in a week, and I cannot heap enough praise on this hotel. Achingly beautiful half timbered building, super cosy bedrooms with piles of fluffy towels and robes, great friendly staff, and a breakfast in a log fired room to die for. Absolutely superb. I’ll be back!

Fantastic little hotel nestled in the medieval old town of Troyes. Wonderful breakfast (if a little pricey) in idealic courtyard - rooms were well appointed and as you would expect in a 15th century buildings- staff were very welcoming, informative and friendly

Very nice hotel near the centre of Troyes. Magnificent restored medieval palace. Rooms are large and luxurious. Excellent large bed. Large bath but shower head could not be fixed to the wall. Perfect breakfast with every choice you want served in the inner courtyard. Magical. Only negative point: diner was ok. Tasty basic food but horribly expensive :39 euro for some gravlax, 29 euro for a pasta bolognese and 35 euro for chicken leg. Not ok. At that price give the customer a nice gastronomic menu. Or diminish the price with 10 euro per course.
