The air conditioning in our room was broken, and reception informed us that several other guests had already complained about the same issue. We were forced to open the window, which let in constant traffic noise and resulted in little to no sleep as well as multiple insect bites. I had chosen this hotel specifically to ensure a good night’s rest before a long journey, but instead I was left exhausted. To make matters worse, the cleaner knocked on our door in the morning and hurried us out of the room, on check-out reception informed us checkout was at 2pm on the weekend. As a result, both of my daughters had to leave without even being able to shower. Finally, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, something so basic that should never have been overlooked. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and one I will not be repeating.

Had a good stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Good bed. Excellent breakfast. Lovely smelling showergel (trying to mention something different for a change ;-))

The welcome at the reception by the young lady and the staff at the bar is outstanding friendly. The location is perfect to explore the city. Rooms and breakfast are very good.

Bad advise from the receptionist. Unfished room with dirty ceiling. Not enough towels and very tiny open place to wash, no real bathroom. It is expensive for the given quality.

Really wonderful hotel. The rooms and area was new, clean, welcome and cosy. It has everything one could wish for. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est véritablement excellent. Le cadre, le design et l'ambiance de l'hôtel sont vraiment sympathique.
