We needed a place to stay over in Troyes and had booked SmartAppart. Everything was alright, but my mother in law is old, with physical issues. This house has only got stairs (2 floor). Everything was clean, alright, but the towels in our room (3rd floor), were moist and did not smell fresh (mouldy). As it was warm, I had opened the window during the night... and it was busy outside, so a lot of noise. The following morning I used the shower, which was very very small and hardly no water flow. An average UKr or USAr would not be able to use the bathroom, because of lack of space. The place made me think of a student apartment. The location is great and I like the hard bed.

Centrally located hotel. They’ve rebuilt an old building into a new hotel so everything looks modern. We had a studio on the top floor. It was very small but pretty clean. The bathroom was a tiny cubicle so if you’re a big person this might not be right for you. The building has no elevator. I saw someone saying they didn’t get a code to the room, the code you get is the same to the front door as to the room. We got an email saying the code would arrive 24 hours prior but it arrived just before check in the same day as our stay. There is no air conditioning so I imagine it will get extremely warm in the summer. Overall it was nice and convenient. There’s a big public parking lot across the street which costs about 11€ for 12 hours.

l n'y a personne, nulle part, ni au début, ni à la fin; comment contrôler l'état des lieux... couleur grise du sol au plafond pour dissimuler les carences du ménage, à force d'économiser sur personnel.

A fuir ! Nous avons eu une chambre qui nous a pas été attribué ! La 21 nous été attribué au 2 e étage par booking, arrivée sur place à 22h impossible s’ouvrir la porte avec le code donnée.. nous avons dû l’appeler pour nous dire qu’il y avait eu un changement sans prévenir qui que ce soit ! Nous nous retrouvons au rdv ch 4! Chambre degueulasse ! Au rdc, face à la rue, volet cassé, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtre… chaleur étouffante dans la chambre ! Le gérant un magouilleur, un menteur … n’a rien voulu faire et reste sur ces positions… Vraiment à fuir ! Horrible ! Qualité du service exécrable… Week-end du 3 au 6 juin 2022. Me L.
