I don't know why I was charged 40 dollars for checking out of 2 rooms. They gave me the contact information of a manager and asked me to find the manager. I checked out at 4 o'clock. It's not too much trouble to find the manager.

There is no kettle in the room. Every time I have to go downstairs to get hot water, sometimes the kettle is not available yet, so I have to ask the front desk to boil water. There are only a few types of breakfast.
