My decision to choose this motel was based on TripAdvisor remarks...after booking 4 rooms for Us...called the motel directly and spoke to Mitzi...this motel is the place to stay in Troy...YoYo & Mitzi are a real asset for this place and remainder of staff...rooms are nice...all riders were impressed the value received, here

My husband and I stayed here recently and yes, it is a typical Hampton Inn, however, with just a few correction/tweaks, it could be excellent. Pros: The bed was very comfortable, lobby was clean, and the employees were friendly. I love the zero products they use and the decor was very nice - not to mention our room was a very nice size (quite roomy)! I also loved the pull out shelves in both the main room and the bathroom. Cons: We were in room 303 and the toilet flushing sounded like a jet taking off. I’m not kidding. The door to the closet wouldn’t close and several of the outlets weren’t working. Lastly, to be indelicate, but our bed squeaked, and made horrible noises if you “moved on it”.

Breakfast is good, no extra bed, double bed is 1.2 meters, the hotel is located near the town of Troy, there are parking spaces, free of charge, and older facilities. The bed springs are not very good, not particular, and the price/performance ratio is not bad.

We had a minor issue with our stay at this location, front desk handled it straight away with no problem. We use this Days Inn whenever we are passing through the area. Thank You for keeping this clean and up to date. We will definitely use your location again when making this trip. Love that ”Dad” plants his herbs in the pots around the parking area.

My daughter, grandbaby and I were in town for funeral. The employees didn't seem to be very happy, except the girl working the breakfast on Fri the 26th...she was great especially since working alone. Being a Bonvoy cardholder meant nothing and I wasn't acknowledged or thanked. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Hilton properties seem to be a better fit for my family. We travel alot and thought we would try this brand out.
