Requested a downstairs accessible room and it wasn't ready when we arrived. Elevator stopped working the next morning and we were afraid we'd miss our appointment waiting on the repair. Missed breakfast since we couldn't get my husband downstairs in his chair and there was no emergency exit plan by the hotel staff for persons in wheelchairs.

The room was never cleaned or the trash taken out, and when I asked for extra towels and blankets I was told to come and get them, when I arrived I asked for a late checkout and was told I could checkout at 4:30pm, when I looked into it later I was told checkout had to be by 1:00pm or get charged for an extra night, I booked 3 nights and only stayed 2, I am owed $236.54 back of the $709.62 I paid !

Reserved a suite and only got a basic room
I reserved a suite but it was a basic double room. I paid more for a suite and I’m disappointed that was not the room they had for me. I will probably book directly with the hotel instead of through ********** because of this. A coin laundry would have been helpful, had to use the hotel next doors.

Terrible experience
Rooms were not ready until 6pm and we had to wait from 1:30 till then. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up 3 flight of stairs and we are in our 60 and 70’s.. Will never stay here again
