Everything was great, but the front desk was understaffed at times so there were some waits longer than I would have liked. I did not use room service or the complimentary breakfast, so have no comment on those things.

Troy a wonderful small town get away This a wonderful Hampton Inn. Close to amenities. Staff is very courteous. We also enjoyed two locally independent owned bookstores. Troy’s downtown square is a must see.

Super clean hotel, pool was nice and heated (could have been a bit warmer) the beds were very comfortable! Felt safe & it was quiet. Definitely recommend

Breakfast was good. Room was incredibly small. Only 1 chair. Shower was awful: spray was not adjustable; step-in tub is dangerous, water took forever to drain. Internet service was very bad. Could not download anything.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kids really enjoyed swimming! And both of the desk clerks that I interacted with during our stay were super friendly and helpful!

Think we’ll go back to Choice Hotels or Marriott Check in was so-so, like we were inconvenience. Didn’t mention WiFi or the deposit that would be charged to card. No small talk, had to get back to her phone. Check out, had to find someone and it took awhile. Room was never refreshed.
